Order Process:

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm we have received your order & to give you your order number. You will then receive a second email once we have processed your order and it has been given to our courier to deliver your parcel. In this second email you will receive tracking information which will allow you to track your parcel from the moment in leaves our warehouse to when it has been delivered to you.

All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours. You will receive a tracking link via email or sms upon dispatch. For any further tracking info contact us via the contact form.

Import / Duties & Taxes:

EU Customers: You will be charged for duty and tax by customs. This is regulation set by your government since the UK left the European union.

Each country can set its own policy (and policies change). We recommend to check your country customs & excise regulations before you purchase. Duty and/or tax may be payable and you are responsible for this cost. Any duties and taxes on your international shipment will be billed directly to you by one of our courier services UPS or ROYAL MAIL.

Undelivered Items

In the event that your order cannot be delivered, due to incorrect information or missed deliveries these orders will be returned to us at the courier services discretion. Once your order has been returned to us you will be contacted. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery.

Sale Items

Sale items purchased may only be eligible for store credit unless specifically stated. This includes site-wide sales and certain promotional events, which will be stated clearly during event announcements and countdown emails.
